WORKS PERFECTLY. It is a great fit for my GPS. Stays put on the dash, screen is accessible for entering addresses and so on. It has solved all the problems I had with where to put my GPS, and I could not be happier. Thank you!

This is a great idea. I REALLY did not want to put my tracker on the windshield and block my view nor did I want to mount it on the dash with the permanent disk that came with it. This is a good idea. It stays right where I place it without sliding around but I am able to move it out of sight when I leave the car so it isn’t seen. I don’t want to invite a break-in.
UPDATE Jan 2011. I’ve had this product for over a year now and a few months ago it started to slide across the dash when I made a sharp turn. I was worried that it had lost it’s ability to hold on to the dash but not to fear – water is here! I simply took it into the house, washed it gently on the bottom side with slightly soapy water and a scrubbie and it’s as good as new. I think what happened is that dust built up on the bottom over time from moving it between the dash and the basket on the floor where I keep it. I should have known. We wash the dashboards so why not the dashboard mount?!
