One word of advice the second or third day it got really stuck. If i would
have pulled it I am sure it would have torn like one of the other reviewers
I read. Pull the tab and tilt it until it releases on its own. After that incident
it seemed to break in and when I release it it comes off easily. I drive for A
living and use it 12 to 16 hour days. Never has fallen. Great for the Money.

Bought two of these in 2013 and by 2016, both of them are no longer useful. The suction cup that holds to the windscreen connects to a spring in the bottom of the unit and this is where the suction cup usually tears and cannot be repaired. I like the look and feel of these units, but I cannot keep buying these mounts every couple of years. I live in the Caribbean and the weather is unbearably hot, so it goes to say that the temperature inside my car gets ridiculously hot (over 35 degrees Celcius or over 100 degrees Fahrenheit) and would affect the longevity of the mount.
