Garmin has published its 2024 Corporate Impact Report highlighting its ongoing commitment to corporate citizenship and financial stewardship. The report provides an overview of noteworthy environmental and philanthropic initiatives in alignment with Garmin’s five strategic pillars—People, Products, Operations, Growth and Sustainability.

“Corporate sustainability is not a passive activity. It means actively engaging in and conducting business in manners that promote financial, environmental and societal stewardship. It is reducing risks, uncovering opportunities and creating long-term value for all stakeholders,” said Garmin President and CEO Cliff Pemble. “Corporate sustainability topics and focus areas may evolve over time, but our commitment is unwavering.”

In addition to financial and corporate highlights, the report summarizes initiatives that ensure occupational health and safety, and human rights protections, as well as programs that enhance workplace culture and engagement such as Business Resource Groups (BRGs), associate training programs and educational events. Also included are policies, practices and achievements in the areas of supply chain governance, product design and durability and environmentally responsible operations.
