The 2025 survey marks 22 straight years that Garmin has claimed the top spot in Aviation International News’ Product Support Survey.

Confidence is everything in aviation, and for more than two decades, pilots and operators have trusted Garmin more than any other company. In 2025, Garmin once again topped Aviation International News’ (AIN) Product Support Survey, leading in every survey category to capture a 22nd consecutive No. 1 ranking.

• Cost-per-hour programs
• Parts availability
• AOG response
• Warranty fulfillment
• Technical manual
• Technical representative
• Overall reliability

Why this honor matters

The annual survey hands down rankings based on feedback from pilots and aviation professionals who rely on Garmin products every day. This means unbiased parties rate companies based on their own personal experiences in the cockpit of their business jets, pressurized turboprop airplanes and turbine-powered helicopters.

The Garmin aviation team has long prided itself on delivering the best service to its customers, and it consistently shows in AIN’s survey.

Recent support improvements

Garmin recently rolled out the Garmin Aviation Training Academy, offering dealers and service centers a robust library of maintenance training videos and modules.
