Great speakers for the size!,
This is a great pair of marine speakers for the price. The speakers are very loud in the treble range, but the bass is decent for 4″ speakers. You can feel air movement from the front of these speakers a few inches away, but you’re not going to rattle the windows.
The grill is made of white plastic along with the body. The speakers come with two thin wires and gold-plated terminals. The terminals are very tight when you insert into the speaker. The terminals are press fitted into a paper/plastic sheeting, so you have to be careful. You can break the leads on the speakers if you use force. You just need to make sure you put a finger on the back of the terminal before you press and add a little grease to make it slide easier.
The wires are not “marine” quality, but what do you expect for this price? You can always replace them with better wires if you need to. If you have a 31′ Contender or Cabo, you wouldn’t be looking at these speakers anyways.

I used thes speakers in my shower / steam unit. They are just what I was looking for. The only thing they have a little too much base. Ohterwise they are great. Now I can take a steam and have the sounds to go with it.

The value of these speakers is great. The sound over all is good and they fit perfectly into the openings for a 4″ speaker that I already had in my boat.
